LivingADK is an amplifier of ongoing programs.  Part of our mission is to take good programs that are successful in both the North Country and in the Mohawk Valley, and bring those to the "no-man's land" that is the Western Central Adirondack Area.  As part of an ongoing diversity and inclusion campaign in the Adirondacks, the Regional Office Of Sustainable Tourism (ROOST) has issued window clings for businesses, schools, government buildings and places of worship.  It is important that the Adirondacks feels welcoming to both residents and visitors of all types, and sometimes a small gesture can mean big things.  To amplify that message of inclusion, LivingADK will be distributing window clings to participating businesses in the Western Central Adirondacks to make sure that that message is carried through the North Country and into the Western Central ADKs.  Folks that would like a free cling, please reach out to the LivingADK office.  We also encourage as part of the campaign to learn more about the Adirondack Diversity Initiative and all the important work that they are doing in this field across the park.
